The hotel was okay, clean somewhat. Service was 4 stars. Food is a 2 stars.. nothing to write about. Definitely needs to be improved. The most disappointing thing was that there were flees on the bed. I mean 4 star hotel and have bugs in the room, disgusting… Well it could have been better. Water at the outdoor pool was okay. Could visit again if there are really no other options

Great hotel! We were there on a mini break for 3 days and we were impressed,|definitely will be visiting again soon!|Excellent facilities, clean and cosy rooms, friendly staff! The food was delicious and varied, a lot of choice both at breakfast and at dinner. Excellent quality and service!|Amazing atmosfer! Highlly recommend!|

It was very enjoyable stay. Staff was fantastic. Especially Ioana from the dinning room. She was extreamly helpful with all our requests. We loved the outside pool. Our kid loved the entertaiment organized for all the kids. Food in the restaurant was Ok.Lots of options for everyone. The only cons we have are the matresses. They were too soft!!!

Very good clean swimming pools,spacious rooms, decent Spa. The food is good, not great,but the buffet offers good variety of choices. Staff in the restaurant can be friendlier.

Very cute beautiful hotel! I feel so relax and enjoy here! Just relax and sleep like baby. Have feeling that I am in home. Nice personal and great manager Mr. Tomov.|Very nice place for relax, spa and great mineral water. Nice area for child. My room was with renovation and I happy to come back here again.

Run down. We were placed in a room with ants(in winter) and stinking of tobacco. The pillows had stains and the bathrobes were children's size only. While the staff was very courteous and quicky gave us new covers and bathrobes, we were only able to move to a different room on the next day. We woke up cold and all our chothes smelled of old tobacco. In the evening we were told we couldn't sit at nice table because it was 'reserved'. When asking if one can reserve a table for the included meals I was told we couldn't. Apparently only special guests can. So for the price I couldn't say I enjoyed my experience, despite the views and very nice mineral indoor and outdoor pools.

Hotel incredibly hot in the night and not possible to cool down as no net doors and room was filling up with insects. No matress protectors on matresses and sheet did not cover beds too...so basicly yo sleep on a naked matress two turns into the night. Buffet ok but very basic...nescafe machine, cheap juice dispencer and pladtic stirers ...don't think I would rate the place 4 stars. Other facilities and staff was great.

It is set in a really nice and quiet region. The air you breath, you can feel its cleanness. The food is amazing. The service and the staff are also very kind and positive, always with a smile. The hotel also has an inside pool, which is a big plus. The corridors are clean and the rooms, too. You can just get carried away and lose yourself in there.
